These Terms apply when you use the Evergreeninn website and when you book any service, stay or experience through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Accessing or using this website means you accept these Terms. If you disagree, kindly refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are meant for adult guests aged 18 and over only. Confirming your age on the entry page constitutes your representation that this is true. Photographic identification may be asked for on arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• Every reservation depends on availability and confirmation.
• Prices appear in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be additional.
• A valid credit card is needed to secure a reservation. Full payment is collected on departure unless we agree otherwise.

4. Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is charged; no-shows are charged the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Conduct of guests

We may decline service or end a stay if a guest puts staff or other guests at risk, damages property, ignores our gaming rules, or otherwise breaks reasonable standards of behaviour.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our grounds follows International law and is available only to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible play; self-exclusion and limits can be set up at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We take every reasonable step to keep the environment safe. Liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We are not liable for valuables left outside the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

Everything on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Evergreeninn or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

10. Governing law

These Terms follow the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
